By placing and/or confirming an order, you acknowledge and accept Happy Eat Happy Buy's terms and conditions. This includes orders placed through the online shopping platform as well as orders confirmed in-store or at the Kwai Chung warehouse.

• Online images are for reference only. Happy Eat Happy Buy will strive to maintain consistency between the product images and the actual items, minimizing any color discrepancies.

• Prices, promotions, conditions, and restrictions may vary between the Happy Eat Happy Buy online store and its affiliated physical stores.

Ordering Process

If a product you ordered requires ordering, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the order to arrive before it can be dispatched.

• Each online order can only be shipped to one designated address.

• All in-stock items will be shipped within 7-10 working days after the order is completed.

• If the order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order items are ready.

If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped first, you can choose to place separate orders or pay for the shipping separately.

• If you want the in-stock items to be shipped first when adding additional items to your order, you can select the "Ship In-stock Items First" option during checkout.

• Due to the ordering process, we will prioritize shipments based on the order of customer payments.

We use SF Express for our deliveries.
